Scope and binding agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Linebet betting and gaming services (the Services). By registering, funding an account or placing bets, you acknowledge and accept these Terms as a binding contract between you and Linebet. The Services include sport betting, casino gaming and related features described on the Platform.

Definitions

  • Linebet means the operator providing the Services and any of its group entities acting as the service provider.
  • Account means the personal Linebet profile you use to access the Services and to place bets or play games.
  • Client or Account Holder means a natural person who has opened and maintains an active Linebet Account.
  • Interactive Bet means a bet submitted online or via electronic means to participate in the Services.
  • Bet, Winnings, and Line refer to the outcomes, payouts and odds as presented on the Platform for a given event.

Eligibility and registration

To open and hold a Linebet Account you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and comply with the laws applicable to your residence;
  • not be prohibited by law from gambling in your jurisdiction;
  • provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date;
  • not attempt to establish or use duplicate accounts; Linebet may suspend or close any duplicate or suspicious account and void related transactions.

By opening an Account you confirm you are not excluded from gambling, and you understand the risks of gambling as a form of entertainment. You agree to notify Linebet promptly of any changes to your personal information.

Identity verification and anti‑money laundering

Linebet may request documentation to verify your identity and source of funds at any time. Acceptable proofs include but are not limited to government-issued identification and address verification. You agree to provide timely copies or scans as requested. Linebet may suspend or restrict an Account pending verification.

Account security and conduct

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your Account.
  • You must not use automated programs, bots or third‑party software to influence gameplay or to obtain an unfair advantage. Linebet reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts found to engage in such conduct.
  • You may not permit any other person to use your Account, including minors. Linebet reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where misuse is suspected.

Deposits, withdrawals and payments

Linebet accepts payments from methods described on the Platform. Funds may be restricted or reversed if required by applicable law or policy. Deposits are credited to your Account and may be subject to verification checks. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for funding where possible, subject to verification and any applicable limits or security checks. Linebet reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for certain payment services, in line with its disclosed policy. All payments are processed promptly subject to the payment provider’s terms.

Bet acceptance, line and settlements

The Line is presented on the Platform as the range of events and potential outcomes, along with odds. The Line is for information and betting purposes and Linebet may suspend accepting bets at its discretion in relation to any event. An Interactive Bet is considered concluded when Linebet confirms acceptance and debits the bettor’s account. Cancellation of an Interactive Bet results in the bet being deemed non‑concluded and the stake refunded.

Bet types

  • Single – a bet on a single outcome of an event. Winnings equal stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
  • Express – a bet on multiple independent outcomes. Winnings equal the product of all odds. A loss on any single outcome cancels the express.
  • System – a bet on a complete set of combinations derived from a selected number of events. Winnings equal the sum of the winnings on all express components. Linebet may impose limits on the size and number of combinations.

Linebet may offer special bet types, promotions or bonuses with specific rules published on the Platform. Each such offer remains subject to the relevant terms and wagering requirements.

Bonuses, free bets and promotions

Bonuses and free bets are awarded under separate promotional terms. A free bet may be used on qualifying bets such as singles or accumulators. The maximum coefficient for using a free bet is 3.0. If a bet placed from the bonus balance wins, the net winnings (excluding the stake) are credited to the main balance. If a bet placed from the bonus balance uses a coefficient of 1, the bonus may be returned to the bonus balance for reuse. All bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and expiry before use or withdrawal.

Promotional terms and responsible gaming

Linebet promotes responsible gaming. Players may set limits on deposits and wagering, or request self-exclusion as provided in the Platform. If Linebet reasonably believes a player’s activity could cause financial or personal harm, it may take protective actions including account restrictions or closure in accordance with its policies and local law.

Geographic restrictions and licensing

Linebet operates under a license and may restrict access or participation for residents of certain jurisdictions. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws in their country of residence. Linebet reserves the right to block or restrict accounts from excluded territories and to unsubscribe or deny service where required by law or policy.

Disputes, liability and governing law

Linebet undertakes to resolve disputes fairly in accordance with its internal dispute resolution procedures. The governing law and venue for any dispute shall be the law selected in the Terms or as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits Linebet’s rights to comply with sanctions, licensing or regulatory requirements applicable to the Services.

Data protection and privacy

Linebet collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Services you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Notice. Personal data may be shared with payment providers, regulators and other entities as necessary to provide the Services and to meet legal obligations.

Changes to the Terms

Linebet may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, Linebet will provide notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account closure and exit

You may close your Linebet Account by following the process on the Platform. Linebet may close or suspend an account for reasons including inactivity, suspected violation of these Terms, or regulatory compliance. Where lawful, accrued winnings will be paid after settlement of any open wagers and verification checks.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Platform rules, policies and any promotions published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linebet regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

For support or to raise a dispute, contact Linebet through the Platform’s help channels. Notices to Linebet shall be sent using the Platform's official contact channels and will be deemed given when delivered in accordance with those policies.
